La Collinaccia

The sun rises over the Romagna Appenines to warm the pool and the shaded breakfast loggia, and the sun sets behind the Tuscan Appenines that stretch out endlessly from the front of the house. This house is located on the highest summit of the property and there's not another building in sight to interrupt the view, distant houses are just dots on the far horizon. La Collinaccia, Originally a dwelling for farmers-shepherds, is one of our latest renovations. All modern comforts have been built in.

Ground floor: A large living room with a feature working fireplace looks out to the north and the east. Behind it are three double bedrooms with built-in closets and three bathrooms. Also overlooking the wooded hills of Tuscany is a dining room and a separate large, fully-equipped kitchen. Upstairs is another double bedroom with its own bathroom. The facilities include gas-fired water and central heating, dishwasher, washing machine and satellite TV. The pool (5x10 mt; depth 1,20-1,50 mt) is set in the lawn adjoining the house. Car parking is discreetly out of sight.

First floor: A ten person apartment. Large sitting room with beautiful open fireplace, five bedrooms (each sleeping two people) and five bathrooms. There is also a small terrace where you can relax looking out at the spectacular 360° views. Before you enter the apartment on the first floor you walk into a large ground floor dining room with beautiful open fireplace and French doors which can be opened to take full advantage of the panoramic vista. You will also find in adjoining rooms the kitchen (for convenient alfresco dining) and a large utility room with all amenities.

For large groups we can offer the entire villa which would be the two apartments (both ground and first floor apartments as detailed above) to create a completely private villa sleeping a total of 18 people.
