Mazzino, another of our classical country villas, stands on a bluff overlooking the Lutirano Valley in the
Tuscan countryside. Every room has spectacular views across the valley of lakes, woods and farm fields. The
house is on two floors and has three double bedrooms with three bathrooms, a large sitting room with a working
fireplace, separate dining room and fully equipped kitchen and a utility room with a washing machine. The
garden can be accessed from all rooms by way of French windows.
There is also a typical country-style pizza oven to enjoy summer cooking parties as well as a swimming pool
(size 10x5 mt; depth 1,40 mt) that has a 360° view over the valley.
